Chef Giovanni Andolfi’s early career began in his hometown in the beautiful Italian region of Campania. Renowned for its local specialities and fine wine, it was here he formed a great respect for the traditional and artisan methods of Italian cultural cuisine.

However, a growing desire to travel and lured by the opportunities of its dynamic restaurant scene, it wasn’t long before his gastronomic journey brought him to London.

Andolfi quickly established himself as one of London’s most successful Italian chefs, receiving accreditation and recognition as a key player in many acclaimed restaurants, including Al Duca and Edera.

After a longstanding association with leading London restaurateur Claudio Pulze, Giovanni Andolfi took over the kitchens of Via Condotti as Head Chef in September 2009
